Our suppliers are overseas. These vinyl wooden floors are shipped from abroad. Please note that while in-stock, items are shipped out extremely quickly. However, we are unable to control how quickly an item moves through customs when entering Philippines. All credit card transactions are processed using PayPal and subject to 3.5% charge. No information is stored in our servers. This assures that your credit card details remain secure. We only accept Philippine-issued credit cards.

 

You need to send us a proof of payment of your deposit slip / online payment on or before our cutoff time. For both Metro Manila and Provincial areas, our cutoff is 9am –  Mondays to Fridays only. Your order will be shipped the next day. Delivery is not possible during Sundays and holidays. Your order will be delivered via LBC / JRS courier in 2 working days. The customer will shoulder the shipping fee.

Please note that there are many different display resolution between every computers, so the color shown on screen may has chromatic aberration.

And background material or pictorial ink in different batches,the background when printed will have very small color difference.
